I feel exactly the same way. And thanks for the Ovid.
you do NOT have weakness of will, especially around smoking. you are having a process is all. and you've been smoking for so long that it's deeper than just turning off a spigot. it's like ... having to dig the pipes that connect to the spigot out of the concrete first.
